Joining the gazillion other items I wish I had in my real life inventory: the Little Haven camper from What Next that I found at the Home Show last month. We’ve always wanted a tiny little camper to take out on the weekends, and this is so darn cute. It would be perfect parked in our RL driveway.

We’ve only camped a handful of times in the past few years. I wish we could go out more, but it always sounds like a lot more fun than it has turned out to be. Pitching a tent, sleeping on a slowly deflating air mattress, or going out on an early fall trip where the nights are much much colder than you expect… well those bits aren’t quite as much fun for me, but I’m not giving up. I love sitting out by a campfire at night, listening to the wood crackle and just enjoying the sounds of the outdoors. And as much as I try to avoid getting up early at all costs, I have to admit I enjoy cool foggy mornings and trying to cook breakfast on a camp stove. I’d just kinda like the morning to come after a comfy night in my wee little camper. 😀

Sure there are those who say it’s not really camping out if you take all the comforts of home with you, but I’m not going to worry about the little details. I’m ready to hit the road and explore.

Now if I can just figure out how to export all of this to RL so I can get started.
