Once again it’s Monday and time for Strawberry Singh’s blog meme. I skipped last week, while I really enjoyed the movie posters I couldn’t for the life of me think of a single movie, so I set that one aside. This week is much easier, she asks us 10 Weird Questions 😀 Make a copy of the questions and post your answers, then dash over to Strawberry’s blog and leave your URL in the comments so we can all check it out!

I’m a little bit off on the timing for today’s blog post for Day 6, but my definition of a day is if I haven’t gone to bed yet it’s still day 6. 😀 I’m still so new to figuring out regular blogging that little things like thinking up a title for a post will leave me frowning at the screen for far too long. And then the post content! Egads! If I visit a sim should I review it? Just post pics and a landmark? Reference all the style credits for what I’m wearing? Aaaaaugh! I guess that’s why the 30 days is going to be a good thing for me! By the end of the month I will either know what I’m doing and be totally dedicated to keeping this up to date, or I will be curled up under my desk with a jar of nutella.

On Day 3 I still don’t have any clear idea what I’m going to post next, but I’m totally into the blog fitness idea. Of course I had to go check out my treadmill workstation and put a couple of little things out on my desk! If you ever saw my RL desk you’d know I will clutter it up with everything imaginable, but I kept it to a couple of pics. And a lava lamp. Everybody needs a lava lamp 😀
June is here and with it, Avatar Blogger Month! Hooray! Since I don’t think I could come up with a thoughtful blog post every day, and I’m certainly not up to date on fashion, I am going to be a tourist and wander around the grid to take pictures. I may even rope the hubster into logging in so we can go do something fun together. This is exciting!
For today, since as usual I’ve procrastinated a bit, I’ll just make a quick stop while I gather my tourist gear together. I’ve always found the Destination Guide to be a good jumping off point, so my first visit was to a Linden relic, the German Castle Ruins in Frisch. I think the new alternate cloud textures give it a nicely moody feel. I have bumped the contrast and fiddled around the edges here, but even in straight viewer shots I think the new cloud textures can provide a really pretty watercolor effect for the skies.
Once again, it’s time for the weekly Strawberry Singh blog challenge, AKA the reason I actually have new blog entries!
This week’s meme is SL guilty confessions… This one stumped me for a while, I wasn’t sure if I should be considering this as something that I actually feel bad about, or as something more along the lines of things that are fun but embarrassing to admit, aka guilty pleasures. Since my SL is pretty mild mannered there isn’t anything that’s happened that I actually feel guilt over, but there are those habits that are perhaps a wee bit embarrassing.
